Bonsai Aikoka™ is a specialised webshop fully dedicated to bonsai and the accessories that help small trees – and big dreams – grow. The shop was founded in the autumn of 2021 as a natural extension of our earlier assortment and out of a desire to give bonsai a space of its own.

We built this webshop with a clear mission: to offer a thoughtful and passionately curated range of products for bonsai enthusiasts across Europe – whether you are just starting out or already experienced. This is not about trends, but about patience, dedication, and respect for the living.

Focus and expertise

Our goal is to make it easier to find everything related to the art of bonsai – without noise or unnecessary distractions. That is why you will only find products here that are truly relevant to bonsai cultivation: from seeds and pots to growing media and carefully selected tools.

Customer service with roots

We are not a large, anonymous e-commerce system. We are people – and we see you as a person too. That is why we place great emphasis on personal support and on answering emails quickly and clearly. Most enquiries are answered within 24 hours – often sooner. We are also happy to help after your purchase, for example with sowing guides or questions about growing media.

Learning and continuous improvement

Our webshop and product range are constantly evolving – and we continue to learn along the way. If you notice an error, we appreciate you letting us know. And if you find something you particularly like, we would be grateful if you shared it with others. That means a great deal to us.

Our commitment to flora and fauna is deeply rooted. We actively support biodiversity and contribute to both local and international initiatives. For this reason, we only offer seeds whose collection is legal and ethically responsible.

Whenever we can choose FairTrade, we do. Whenever collaboration with people in protected workshops is possible, we do. For us, decency and respect matter at every stage – including the parts you may not immediately see.
