At Bonsai Aikoka, we place great importance on safe, reliable and transparent delivery. Our products – especially bonsai seeds, growing media and bonsai pots – are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

1. Shipping partners

Orders are shipped using selected and trusted logistics partners. The most suitable carrier is automatically chosen based on product type, weight and delivery address.

2. Delivery area

We currently deliver within selected European countries. Additional EU destinations will be enabled gradually.

3. Delivery time

• 2–5 working days (depending on destination)

In exceptional cases, such as high demand or logistical constraints, minor delays may occur.

4. Shipping costs

Our shipping costs are transparent and clearly structured. All applicable charges are displayed during checkout.

6. Delivery delays & transport damage
