Terms and Conditions of Sale – Bonsai Aikoka™️

2. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (EUR), including VAT (currently 19 %).
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Your order becomes binding once you receive the order confirmation. Payment is only processed once your order is shipped.

3. Delivery

We ship from within the EU, typically from Germany.
Shipping is handled by DHL, DPD og GLS. Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days.
Shipping cost is shown at checkout and depends on weight and destination.

4. Right of Withdrawal

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Products must be returned unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping is at your own cost.
Always contact us before returning an item.

5. Claims and Defects

All products come with a 24-month legal warranty.
Please report any defect as soon as possible – ideally with a description and photo.
For valid claims, we cover reasonable return costs.

6. Product Use Disclaimer

Our seeds and plants are not intended for consumption.
Some species may be toxic to humans or animals – please take caution, especially if allergic.
Use of products is at your own risk. We do not accept liability for any resulting harm.

7. Copyright of Images and Texts

Images are sourced from our own photography, suppliers, Pexels and Wikimedia Commons.
If you believe we’ve used content without rights, please contact us – we will rectify it immediately.
Original texts and translations are the property of Bonsai Aikoka™️ and may not be copied without permission.

8. Trademark Protection

Bonsai Aikoka™️ is an actively used trademark. Unauthorized use will be prosecuted.

9. External Links

Our website contains links to external sources (e.g. YouTube, authorities, social media).
We are not responsible for the content or availability of those external sites.
