These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made by private consumers via our online shop.

2. Orders and Payment

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include statutory VAT (currently 19 %).

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Your order becomes binding once you receive the order confirmation by email. Payment is processed only when the goods are dispatched.

3. Delivery

We ship from within the European Union, usually from Germany or another EU warehouse.

Delivery is carried out by DHL, DPD or GLS. The usual delivery time is 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout and depend on weight and destination.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day on which the goods are received.

Returned goods must be unused and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

5. Claims and Defects

All products are subject to the statutory 24-month warranty.

If you discover a defect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with a short description and a photo.

In the event of a justified claim, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

6. Product Use Disclaimer

Our seeds, plants and substrates are not intended for consumption and must not be ingested.

Some species may be toxic to humans or animals. Special caution should be taken, particularly by children, pets and allergy sufferers.

Use of our products is at your own risk. We accept no liability for damages resulting from improper or inappropriate use, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Trademarks and Copyright

Bonsai Aikoka™️ is a trademark in active use.

Unauthorised use of texts, images or trademarks is not permitted without prior written consent.

8. External Links

Our website may contain links to external websites, such as authorities, social media platforms or video services.

We assume no responsibility for the content or availability of such external websites.

9. Privacy and Cookies

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy and on our cookie page .

10. Contact

We are happy to assist you – also after your purchase. Please contact us if you have questions regarding orders, products, returns or general bonsai cultivation.

11. Sale to Private Consumers Only

We sell exclusively to private consumers.

Purchases by businesses or using a VAT identification number are not accepted. Input tax deduction is not possible.

Our products are intended for personal use only and may not be resold commercially without prior written agreement.

12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you, as a consumer, wish to submit a complaint regarding a purchase, please contact us first at kontakt@bonsai-aikoka.com.

We always strive to resolve disputes directly and amicably. If no agreement can be reached, you may contact the following recognised consumer dispute resolution body:

We are willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure, although we are not legally obliged to do so.
